2008 Cost Table update

4th June 2008 - Apologies that this service has been intermittent over the last few days, this was due to a fire at the data centre which hosts the nameserver for the service, the issues have now been resolved.

16th May 2008 - Due to large recent increases in fuel prices we have changed the fuel cost to 105 ppl, against a cost of 87.79 ppl on 09.11.07
